Definitely has been a spiritual journey for me. I appreciate people that stick by my choice and just don’t seem to be affected by people that don’t support me. Of course there are those people who take every chance to talk shit about it, saying “Ew thats so dirty or what not.” When in reality my natural dreads are cleaner than their residue long silky straight hair that they clean everyday. I love the feeling of looking in the mirror and seeing my progress! I hope to keep this feeling of excitement and anticipation without expectation.
